CUTTING DEPARTMENT
Technical support is very important part of production. With very skilled personnel we monitor everything from the beginning to the end. Every step of production must be checked in order to satisfy quantity and quality.
We ensure fast response to any question, because information in real time is the biggest value for our department.
During the cutting we are using very organized big stock of material for production. Our department at the moment has MICROSTEP-plasma cutting machine, STACO machine-gas cutting machine, and two areas with smaller machines for cutting profiles and beveling.
We do our best to ensure safety of the people when they work, like quality in every step of production as well.
After cutting, everything is properly packed and dispatched. At this phase, we also insure that all customers’ requests are fulfilled. Read more
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
Vahali design/engineering department can provide a wide range of ship design, engineering and consulting services. Customers can have consultancy with our team of naval architects and specialists during whole
process of designing the vessel. You can also choose us for single specific tasks in designing your vessel.
To design a good vessel (class approved) we use latest ship-design software (CAD –CAM, nesting applications, etc) but like shipbuilding itself, we combine the newest modern achievements in shipbuilding software
with our shipbuilding experience and knowledge.
